Prestige Services intentionally minimizes data collection on prestigeservices.co.il. The delivered theme includes no proprietary contact form, advertising tracker or marketing analytics. Technical data may still be processed by WordPress, the hosting provider or third-party services when you choose to use them.

2. Data collected directly by the site
In the delivered configuration, the website does not store visitors’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages in the WordPress database through a proprietary contact form. Contact is initiated through direct WhatsApp or email links.
The theme does not collect payment-card numbers and does not include online payment processing.
3. Technical data
As with any public website, technical data may be processed automatically to deliver and secure the service, including IP address, connection time, browser, operating system, HTTP request details and security/cache logs. WordPress, Hostinger, firewalls, caching systems or active plugins may process such data.
4. Cinematic intro and local storage
The theme uses a technical sessionStorage marker solely to remember whether the cinematic introduction has already been shown during the current browser session. It contains no identity, email address or phone number.
5. WhatsApp, email and Airbnb
When you click WhatsApp, an email link or Airbnb, you open a third-party service. Any information you subsequently choose to provide is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and trackers
The delivered Prestige Services theme does not include advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or equivalent marketing trackers. WordPress, WPML, Hostinger, security or caching plugins may still use strictly necessary or functional cookies.
If analytics, advertising, remarketing or other non-essential tracking is added later, consent requirements and legal pages must be reassessed.
7. Purposes and legal grounds
Technical processing is limited to delivering the site, maintaining security, preventing misuse and providing requested functionality. WhatsApp or email communications are processed to answer enquiries and take steps connected with a potential or existing booking.
8. Hosting, recipients and transfers
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Depending on the technical setup and services chosen by visitors, data may be processed in Israel, the EEA or other countries under the relevant provider’s safeguards and applicable law.
9. Retention
The theme does not build a visitor lead database from browsing activity. Technical logs and backups depend mainly on Hostinger, WordPress and installed plugins. WhatsApp and email exchanges are retained according to customer-service, contractual, accounting and legal needs.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law applicable to your situation, including Israeli privacy law and the GDPR where applicable, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, in some cases, portability.
